General Information

• What color MITTZ are available?

Currently we offer MITTZ in two classic colours. Our starting lineup is Green and Gold or Blue and Orange.  Check back often more colours as we add them to the team!

• Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We process our payments through STRIPE and we accept all major credit cards.

• How long will delivery take?

All orders are shipped via ground services with most economical Shipping provider.  Please request a tracking number if concerned.

• How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our MITTZ Inc. website is encrypted with SSL technology to ensure your data is safe and secure. We never sell your data to third parties or partners for additional marketing without your consent and prior knowledge and we DO NOT store your Credit Card information on our end.

• Payments are protected through STRIPE

• All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines.
• Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services.

 

• Do I receive an receipt for my order?

Yes! An electronic receipt will be sent to the email address you provide us at checkout.
